Brew Guide Instructions

From the inventors of the Frisbee, AeroPress can produce anything from a remarkably smooth filter-style cup to a powerful espresso - depending on how you use it.
You will need:
  • Clean AeroPress with a fresh filter
  • Digital Scales
  • Fine to medium ground coffee
  1. Boil some water, and fill your mug to pre-heat.
  2. Insert the plunger about 2cm into the brew chamber, place upside down, the 4 towards the bottom.
  3. Place the funnel on top, weigh your coffee, and pour into the Aeropress.
  4. Pour in your hot water, just off the boil. Gently stir the coffee, being careful not to knock the Aeropress over. Leave to sit for 30-60 seconds, then stir again.
  5. Place a filter paper in the filter cap, and rinse it well before screwing it onto the brew chamber tightly.
  6. Place your pre-warmed mug upside down over the Aeropress and confidently, yet carefully flip over and press the plunger down to brew into your mug and serve.
