Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world, with a vast rang, from small holder farms to large estates. This Brazil Cerrado Swiss Water Decaf is from Minas Gerais, the largest coffee producing region in Brazil. The Cerrado refers to the large biosphere consisting of grassy savannah, scrub lands, and gallery forest. It is the largest woodland-savannah in South America, extending from Brazil into Paraguay and Bolivia.
