Brew Guide:
Use one heaped teaspoon per person (and one for the teapot if using). Add just off the boil water and allow to infuse for 3-5, according to taste. Remove the leaves and serve with or without milk according to taste.
Alternatively, for a light, rehydrating brew, just drop a tiny pinch of leaves into a mug, add just off the boil water, let brew, cool, stir and sip.
