From the shores of the stunning Laguna de Ayarza, a volcanic Caldera created by the implosion of two volcanoes some 20,000 years ago, this recent arrival is one of a limited number of exclusive lots from the Ayarza cherry mill the Santa Rosa, southern Guatemala.  Washed with the addition of a 14 hours fermentation stage during processing, giving this lot a subtle winey brightness, reflected in the name!  A delightfully fresh coffee offering notes of Red Grape and Plum.

Perfect for Filter or Cafetiere brewing, but also will makes a delicious, light espresso when brewed in a Moka Pot.
