Use one heaped teaspoon per person (and one for the teapot if using). Add freshly boiled water and allow to infuse for a minimum of 3-5 minutes. Remove the leaves and serve with or without milk according to taste.
Rooibos is transformed by the addition of milk. Brew it strong and throughly and you may be surprised at how close it comes to a traditional cuppa. If you want to beef it up a bit but still keep your caffeine intake down, try a blend with one part English Breakfast to two parts Rooibos.
