Brew Guide:
Use one heaped teaspoon per person (and one for the teapot if using). Be sure not to use boiling water as it can cause astringency from excessive tannin extraction. Instead, add recently boiled water at 80°C and allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes, according to taste.
Green leaves will happily re-brew several times, each brew producing it’s own distinct flavour. Think of this as an all morning or afternoon pot – the ideal companion for long hours at your desk!
