Shipping policy
Delivery and Returns
Delivery:
We aim to fulfil orders placed before 12 noon on the same working day, Monday – Friday. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day, if not before.
We currently offer three shipping options for the UK, depending on your location:
Royal Mail 1st Class – (1 -2 Days delivery target)
Royal Mail 2nd Class – (2-3 Days delivery target)
DPD Next Day (UK Mainland Only) – Next working day (Monday – Friday only)
Rates and service availability are calculated at checkout but if you have a special delivery request, please contact us by email before completing your order. We will always do our best to help keep your delivery costs to a minimum.
Please note that all delivery timescale are targets. We use DPD because they are good, but no courier company will absolutely guarantee ‘Next Working Day’ delivery as breakdowns, fuel shortages, illness, climate and even climate protestors can all create unexpected delays. Please expect the best, which is achieved nearly all the time, but don’t be too disappointed if it arrives slightly late, for reasons that will be beyond our control. When buying for a special occasion or gift, please bear this in mind.
Free Delivery:
Where offered, free delivery is available to a single address on the UK mainland. If you would like delivery to multiple addresses from one qualifying order, please contact us. Your primary delivery point will be free of charge, any extra delivery points will be chargeable at our standard rates.
Free Delivery is calculated against the total cart price after any qualifying discounts/coupon values have been deducted. For example, if you apply a coupon for a 10% discount on a basket totalling £30, your balance will be £27 which will not qualify for free delivery if the threshold is set at £30 or above.
HM Forces Overseas:
The British Forces Post Office® (BFPO) offers discounted mail delivery. There’s no charge for Forces Airletters (Blueys) sent to personnel on operational duty. We can send items weighing up to 2kg using:
HM Forces Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (please note that with BFPO mail we are unable to guarantee delivery time)
HM Forces Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
There are very specific rules and regulations for using BFPO, so please only contact us if you are eligible.
