Nestled in the fertile Antigua Valley and surrounded by three volcanic peaks, Finca Filadelfia has been producing exceptional coffee for more than 160 years. Rich volcanic soils, high altitudes and a unique microclimate creates the ideal conditions for slow-ripening cherries, allowing each bean to develop remarkable sweetness, balance and complexity.

Today, the Dalton family continues Finca Filadelfia’s coffee-growing legacy, with women at the heart of the estate’s future. Led by Marta and Colombia Dalton, the farm combines generations of expertise with careful cultivation to produce coffees that reflect the rich volcanic landscape and unmistakable character of Antigua.

Guatemala - Central America

Coffee was introduced to Guatemala by Jesuit missionaries during the eighteenth century before commercial production expanded rapidly in the nineteenth century. The country’s volcanic soils, high elevations and diverse microclimates create some of Central America’s most complex and highly regarded coffees.

Typical taste characteristics include dark chocolate, orange zest, caramel and red apple, with balanced acidity and a rich body.

This coffee can be brewed in a number of ways. Head to our Brew Guides section to master your preferred brew method.Brew Guides
