At Finca Água Caliente, each bean is treated with intention—pulped, fermented, and washed in mineral-rich thermal spring water warmed by the earth itself. The farm benefits from the use of thermal waters, sourced from local volcanic hot springs, hence the name ‘Agua Caliente’- meaning Hot Water in Spanish.   Sunlight or gentle drying completes the process, with every batch carefully monitored and tended to.  Meticulous in sampling, care and rooted in nature- Finca Agua Caliente has got it down. 

Coffee grown in El Salvador’s Apaneca-Lamatepec hail from high-altitude farms where volcanic soil and cool air shape a vibrant cup.
